Here is how our process works
Download a Freepost Label or contact us and we will send a pre-addressed label to attach to your parcel. This will ensure delivery to us next day (in 95% of cases) by first-class mail. Simply post your parcel free of charge at your local Post Office or simply pop it in any post box.
Pack all models and impressions with care to avoid damage. Please DO NOT put your laboratory order form in with wet impressions to ensure we can read your instructions accurately.

Download your order form: Crown Order Form. Please provide as much detail as possible for each case including the shade, tooth number and type of crown you require, plus your phone number and email address.
Work will be completed 5 working days after receipt in our office. Contact us if a faster turnaround is required. If your proposed completion date cannot be met one of our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please allow 9 days from impression appointment to cementation appointment.
Accounts will be invoiced on a monthly basis, with payment due within 30 days of your invoice date. Payment is accepted by cheque or BACS. Please contact us if you have any queries about your account.
